#4 Requirements Guidelines and Schedule
We use our experience and our time with you to develop a perspective on your culture and how that matches with specific position requirements, ideal candidate characteristics, tangibles and intangibles, team chemistry and overall fit. At this point, we also give you a schedule for the remaining steps.

With your wish list in hand, we target institutions, identify sources and leverage contacts to develop a candidate pool that meets your requirements. We make sure to include people at both ends of the salary requirements, and we focus strongly on local candidates with strong communication skills.
#6 Status Reporting
On a regular basis, we provide a formal update on the status of the search, including potential candidates expressing interest in the position and our evaluation of candidates we have interviewed. We check in with you weekly to incorporate your feedback and reactions to the candidate pool.
# 7 Reference, Background and Profile Creation
We carefully review each potential candidate to understand how the individual’s skills, expertise and aspirations may match your needs and your corporate culture. After we conduct an in-depth interview, we consolidate our information into a candidate profile, complete with our analysis and the candidate’s self-reported accomplishments. We deliver each candidate profile to you in advance of your first meeting with the prospect.
#8 Interviews & Feedback
We coordinate preliminary and follow-up candidate interviews with you. We ensure confidentiality, and we make sure that each candidate remains informed throughout the process.
We work with you to craft, extend and negotiate the offer for your final candidate. We also make sure to spend time with non-selected candidates so that they both understand the decision and remain excited about future opportunities.
